1. Digital products only

ThemeVelqora LLC sells digital website demos and templates. There are no physical items shipped, so no shipping fees or delivery addresses are required.

2. How you receive your order

• Immediately after your payment is confirmed, a secure download link is shown on the order confirmation page.
• A copy of the download link and your receipt is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
• You can re-download your files at any time from your account under My Account → Downloads.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in nearly all cases. If a payment requires manual review by our payment processor, access is granted automatically as soon as the payment clears, which is typically within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours.

4. Download access

Download links remain available in your account for the lifetime of your license, including free updates. We recommend saving a local backup of your files after purchase.

5. Trouble receiving your files

If you do not receive your download link, first check your spam folder, then contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will resend your files promptly.
